A slow-paced type of yoga where poses are held for up to 5 minutes in a relaxed manner. On the physical level, Yin Yoga targets bones, joints and connective tissues. It is also a very powerful exercise in mindfulness, and a much needed balance for the rest of our often busy, rushed lives.

5 Aug.  (Wednesday, 10:00 - 11:30) Yoga for Healthy Aging 
Yoga exercises for strength, range of motion, balance and nervous system resilience.
No experience necessary. You do what you can, and I help with any adjustments you need to make for an exercise to be right for your body.

Morning Yoga at Cocoon, Degeberga - Drop-in
3 - 7 August, 2020 Monday - Friday
Our final week of Summer Yoga at Cocoon. Bring your own yoga mat and blanket, and afterwards perhaps stay and enjoy Cocoon's Zen Breakfast (125 kr per person).
150 kr/class or 5 classes for 600 kr
Pay cash/swish upon arrival. You can use the card at any of the classes Monday to Friday.

At the moment, due to Covid-19, I only teach outside.
I will add classes here a day or two in advance depending on the weather, so check in frequently! I have all the equipment you need, but perhaps you feel safer bringing your own yoga mat. I also have good quality, all-around mats for sale at cost.

Evening classes can get cool towards the end so consider bringing a light blanket.
